I'm a digital artist whose work focuses on feminine themes and playful innuendos illustrated in bright pastel colors. I'm very inspired by classic pinup artwork and I consider my art to be "pinups for girls" as I love putting a girly twist on common pinup motifs. I hope that other women can see a bit of themselves in my art and be inspired to express their femininity in a way that's meaningful to them.
terms of service
By purchasing a commission you are agreeing to all terms of service listed below.General
- My work is all stylized and will resemble your reference photos to a reasonable degree. Refunds will not be issued in the case that the artwork isn't an exact realistic copy of your references.
- You must disclose whether your piece will be for personal or commercial use.
- No NFT or AI related projects. You will not use the commissioned work in/for any of the former. You will not upload commissioned artwork into any AI learning database. If this term is broken by the you the TOS agreement will be voided, ownership of the work will be returned to me, and you will be permanently blacklisted.
- Using personal commissions for business purposes is not allowed. If you use the commissioned work for business use without paying for the license the TOS agreement will be voided, ownership of the work will be returned to me, and you will be permanently blacklisted as well as face potential legal repercussions.NSFW Commissions
- If your request involves NSFW themes you must be at least 18 years old. By purchasing a NSFW commission you are agreeing that you are at least 18 years old.
- NSFW must be handled in a professional manner. No sexual advances or off-topic NSFW discussions will be tolerated.
- NSFW requests involving real people must include written consent from all involved parties before I will begin.Payment
- Payment will be made in USD
- Full payment must be made up front before I begin work on your commission.
- You will have 1 week after I send the invoice to complete the payment. After 1 week your invoice will be cancelled and you will have to resubmit your request and move to the bottom of my queue.
- Payments must be made through Artistree.io invoice via PayPal or Stripe. If you have a preference you must let me know.Process
- I do not offer rush work.
- Typical turnaround time is up to 90 days, however this can increase depending on the complexity of the commission and my current queue.
- You will be sent at least 2 proofs where you can request major changes: 1 sketch and 1 flat color
- After you approve the colors you can only request minor changes (within reason), and once you approve the final you cannot request additional changes.Cancellation
- I reserve the right to cancel at any time for any reason. Full or partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed.
- You can cancel your commission before you approve your color proof for a 50% refund.
- If you cancel after you've approved the color proof you will be issued no refund.
- If cancelled, I will retain ownership of work, including, but not limited to, completed proofs and sketches.Credit
- I retain the right to use your commission in my portfolio (including, but not limited to, any website or social media account that displays Artist's works).
- You don't need to credit me when you share your commission, however you may not claim you or anyone else created it.
